Product Information

YECOA YL-715 is a preventive agent for spatter attachment. When spatter occurs, it causes not only product defects but also painting defects after completion.Therefore, spatters had to be removed by the previous processing method of shot, blast, or chisel,otherwise attachment prevention agents lacking stability had to be employed. Thus, it is an essential product for productivity improvement such as quality improvement, cost saving, improvement of work environments, etc.

Usage

  • Prevention of welding impurities upon welding of iron steels.

How to use

  • 사용하고자 하는 부품을 작업 순서대로 정열합니다.
  • 도포면의 이물질을 YL-403(Oil Cleaner)로 사전에 세척하여 제거하시기 바랍니다.
  • 도포면에 콤프레셔 에어로 1차 분사하여 작업성을 향상시킴니다.
  • YL-715 제품을 도포면으로부터 약 20㎝ 정도 떨어져서 균일하게 분사합니다.
  • 분사 후 용접 작업을 한 후 콤프레셔 에어로 2차 분사하거나, 햄머로 모재를 때려서 제거합니다.
  • 작업 상황에 따라 종료 후 헝겊, 브러시 등으로 닦아서 마무리해 주십시오.
  • 산업안전보건법 제41조 및 고용노동부고시 제 2013-37호(물질안전보건자료의 작성/비치 등에 관한 기준) 규정에 의거 작성된 물질안전보건자료(Material Safty Data Sheet)를 반드시 숙지하시고 사용해 주십시오.

Precautions

  • After welding, user must have a self-test and then decide to use the product if there is post-processing such as painting. (In case of plating, you go on plating after remove of solvent.
  • Ventilation is necessary during use.
  • Do not inhale it into your body for long.
  • Avoid long-time skin contact.
  • Keep in the place below 40℃ without direct sunlight.
  • Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.
    1. Even though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.
    2. Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
    3. Keep it in the well-ventilated place below 40℃.
    4. Do not use it toward fire.
    5. Do not use near heater or stove.
    6. Do not use in the room using fire.
    7. Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
    8. Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
    9. Do not throw it away into fire.
    10. Punch the can to throw it away.
    11. Do not keep it in the closed place.
    12. Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
